Bekah Om Yoga

Hi there! My name is Bekah, I teach yoga at Prairie Street Studios – Yoga in Elkhart, IN. I also teach Western Astrology Basics around the Michiana area. I graduated from my yoga teacher training in early 2020 & I’m registered through Yoga Alliance®. I strive to teach safe and accessible yoga to people of all ages and capabilities. I teach many styles of yoga but have a special love for my Lunar Celebration events integrating my love of astrology with yoga! Some of my other favorite styles to teach (and practice) are gentle yoga & flowy balance building classes – kinda on opposite ends of the spectrum, I know, which is why I teach everything in between too! 

Yoga is so much more than just the postures (asana) which is why I infuse yogic philosophy into my classes. Join me for a practice that is approachable, informative, and authentic!
