- Are you ready to break cycles, let go of old habits, or often find yourself admiring the moon? Join Bekah Om Yoga for a Lunar Celebration of the Full Harvest Moon in Pisces September 8th and 9th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Prairie Street Studios – Yoga in Elkhart, IN. (This is the same event held on two separate days to allow more opportunity for you to join!)
This class will open with a brief astrological forecast, the teacher will then guide you through centering, warm ups, and a lunar salute. After the active portion of the class you will be lead through a restorative guided meditation known as yoga nidra.This is a safe and supportive space for you to release anything that no longer serves you, while creating the space for new manifestations, and the opportunity to connect deeply with the cycles of nature.These lunar celebrations offer you the option to participate in a ritual and/or send you off with a little gift to aid in your manifestations.
