POP UP YOGA:commUNITY

Happy Newness Radiant Be’ings!! I am so excited to return from the holidays to continue the Winter Series of POP UP YOGA:commUNITY ??

Here’s the juice; we meet every THURSDAY from 1/9-4/9 6-7:15 pm. in the Mary Grace room of the Near Northwest Bldg at 1005 Portage Road.

There is ample parking in both lots as well as street parking.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out waiver and settle into the space for practice.
Classes are on a DONATION BASIS, suggested $5-20.
Water is available for $1/bottle.
Mats and props available if needed. Classes are for everyBODY; adaptive to the individual including the use of a chair if needed.
