To honor our June theme of Community we will be offering Namaste Yoga on Monday nights at 6pm! This beginner-friendly class utilizes our school sequence that is scientifically designed to produce a Sattvic (peace/harmony) state of being. Repeating the same sequence will help you be able to track your personal progress & growth! This class is also a great way to celebrate the unity in community with some really amazing people and great energy!
