    Are you feeling stuck? It’s time to make a move – together! “Move, Laugh, Thrive” is an invigorating three-part workshop tailored for women, focusing on an hour of joyful dance & movement. In a nurturing atmosphere that fosters creativity & connection, participants will celebrate empowerment & community through uplifting improvisational activities & reflective journaling.
    February 27 – Movement & Your Body
    March 13 – Music, Movement & Your Body
    March 27 – Goddess Yoga & Celebration!

  • $45 includes all three sessions. Seats are limited, pre-registration is required. You may register using the ticket link on our Facebook event or by going to our website: boundlesscostudio.com/classes. Once you get on the website, follow these steps:
