MINDFUL YOGA WITH MARGARET JESSOP

We will focus on a variety of poses in each class to help clear and energize the body and mind. Class is an hour-long with the last 10 minutes for meditation. Beginners or more advanced students are welcome. Cost is $15 a class or $90 for 9 weeks. Payments can be made via Venmo to Margaret-Jessop-1, or checks made out to Margaret Jessop, brought to the first day of class that you attend.

Location: Sacred Waters Spiritual Center, 16990 Douglas Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545; seewww.sacredwaterscenter.org. The Yoga studio sits in a lovely natural setting with a pond, waterfall, trees, creek and wildlife. There is a noticeable mailbox at the top of the driveway and you will head down a short road to the home of Sacred Waters. Helpful to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled before class begins and to park close together to leave space for everyone. You can bring your own mat and blocks, strap and blanket or borrow these items during class from Sacred Waters. If you have any questions about props, please send me an email.
