Forest Bathing is guided slow, mindful walking through the forest. After some brief instruction in Mindfulness and the benefits of Nature therapy, you will take time to pause in a Sit Spot and then rejoin the group to create a Nature Mandala in silence. We will close in Circle with open reflection and tea.
Appropriate for all-ages; can be customized for children or adults separately.
