Farmers Market Yoga

This specific class will be led by Brandy Reedy RYT200. Brandy embarked on her journey of yoga at the beginning of 2020, where she felt a deep pull to deepen her Spiritual journey but also fell in love with the physical practice of yoga. The physical practice allowed Brandy to push herself past her comfort zone while still honoring her body. Yoga has helped Brandy tremendously with pain and has improved her quality of life that she had never experienced from other forms of physical practice. Brandy understands the limits that take place when we let life pass us by. This is the reason she decided to invest in teaching yoga to others, because no matter what phase of life one is in, what shape, pains, or obstacles one faces, she wants to encourage others to be the very best version of their selves! Yoga is about showing up for one-self and discovering the beauty that lays within! Water and Nature have a deep healing power that restores Brandy’s soul and she desires to offer that same feeling to each being that enters the scared space of self. Her hope is to continue to embark on her Spiritual/Physical journey in Reiki, Shamanism, Meditations, Ho’oponopono Forgiveness Meditation, Aqua Yoga/SUP Yoga and Crystal Healing to better assist others in their healing journey.
