Join us as we dive deep into the seven main energy centers of body.In this workshop, while you are either relaxing in a restorative yoga pose or going deep into the sensation of Yin, you will gain knowledge about each chakra, how to tell if there are blockages and how to balance each of them.
This practice is designed to leave your body, mind and spirit feeling well rested, rejuvenated and restored.
This two-hour chakra workshop designed for anyone and everyone so bring a loved one along! All I ask is that you dress cozy and bring an open mind with you ❤️
