I know that your schedules are jam packed with loads of fabulous activities happening throughout this magical holiday season. I do hope that you will have a bit of free time to join me for one of these very special gatherings happening at the Farmhouse.

Now more than ever I am absolutely certain that we must get back to that place of cultivating sacred community. Whether we realize it or not, our spiritual, physical and emotional health is greatly affected by our intention, the company we keep and our surroundings.

When we can choose to come together in the spirit of creating a space within our hearts where the blessings can be felt and shared, where we can feel safe to exhale and share our many gifts, where we can sit with one another in support and celebration of so much to be grateful for, then we can truly change the emotional landscape within and around us.
