We will be hosting a transformative four hour Petite Retreat on March 29th, the day of the Aries new moon and solar eclipse. Come harness this powerful conjunction and shed the layers self through clearing breathwork and Six Sounds Qigong. Then tap into the deep roots of your soul’s intuition through shamanic journeying. Finally, plant the seeds of intentions through meditation and journaling prompts then charge those seeds into sprouts through the vibration of sound. A light seasonal meal will be provided.
