$25Ahhh fall is in the air! We all know that this time of year is synonymous with letting go. This year, this fall, is extra special. You see, we are in the Year of the Pig, which means this year is the end of the animal astrological signs, ending a 12 year cycle. There is a saying in Chinese astrology about not bringing the Pig excrement (whatever that might be for you) into the next year. The way we handle the next four months will be setting the tone of our lives for the next twelve years!
It is time to return to our Qigong practice. It is time to shake up our stuff so that we can get to the depths and identify our needs at this crucial turning point. The sign you’ve been looking for, the direction you seek, the opportunity you are hoping for is this – right here and right now. Let’s deal with our excrement, let’s face it, let’s process it, let’s understand it, let’s cleanse, let’s truly release, let’s make space. Let’s do this together. Let’s do this now.
Show up for yourself. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a journal and a pen. Bring your baggage and your true self as you are right now.
What is it worth to you to truly do the work you are meant to do? What is it worth to you to get your own crap out of your way? What is it worth to you to actually gain full access to your intuition?
