January is the month after Christmas…also know as…the crash and burn month. The time when all the bright lights and joy of Christmas are behind us for another year. We are beyond tired. We are void of energy. We feel like a giant slug.

Absolute perfect time to RESET! Come and join Deb Barton, our Naturopathy Practitioner, in resetting our soul, body and mind! We will look at where we are at, what worked for us before the holidays and learn some new ways to renew our life.
