Since ancient times, people across countries & cultures have found Health, Joy, Wellness, Connection, & Clarity by dropping into their bodies through Dance. Anyone can flow through intuitive & whole body movement inspired by music of any style. There is truly something magnificent about being free in your body & completely out of your head, that allows you to connect to and heal your inner child, your highest BEing, and the vibrations of the whole universe!
Quantum Dance is a great way to get the body moving, freeing your mind and body, while connecting to yourself and others in a safe and healthy space.
This is an expressive form of dance that doesn’t follow any certain steps, other than the steps of one’s own heart. It empowers all body’s and walks of life to reconnect to one’s inner being. We have great knowledge that lies within us and Dance is a beautiful way to access and express this deep inner knowing.
