Join our favourite Yogi Renee Graham from Wellness Within to experience a guided meditation and sound bath that will help you feel grounded, centered and peaceful. Just in time for Thanksgiving and the potential stress those family gatherings can bring!
Each participant will receive a gift to help support the work we
