We will welcome in the first solar eclipse of the year with a grounding yoga practice to connect with our bodies & Pachamama! You will be guided through a Kirtan practice that will not only quiet the mind but will guide you to connect with the cosmos. By finding balance in our connection with both the earth & the cosmos we will find the seat to the center of our soul.
As you sit in the energy of your Soul you will be bathed in Gong vibrations of love on a cellular level.
This is a most expansive time to bring in incredible manifestation power to open doors & windows, and to shine the light at the end of the tunnel!
