MahaShivaRatri is a very magical time of year!
One of the goals in yoga is to focus on moving and evolving the energy in the body upward. This is the ONE DAY that happens every year where the astrological placements of the planets naturally push the energy up, giving us a boost in evolution & enlightenment!
Utilizing this energy, you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice to move your body & connect with the universal energy flow, using our voices as sacred sound with chanting to tune ourselves with the universal energy, practicing mudras “hand gestures” to align our personal energy with the universal energy, you will be guided through rigorous transcendental meditation to take you further into a spiritual experience like no other, and experience Oneness with the beautiful Realm community, as well as with The Divine.
