Join Laika Earthkeeper ERYT500 as she leads us through Chanting, Kriyas, Mudras, Pranayama, & Bandha work to move the Kundalini energy through the Sushumna (the main energy channel that runs parallel along the spine). Kundalini Yoga is a great way to honor your energy body and spirit!
