Or maybe it’s an accessible yoga for the ordinary person no matter what level of physical capacity they have? Yes, yes, yes, and yes! Kundalini yoga is all of these things. Come find out more and experience these answers for yourself in this kundalini yoga workshop series.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, come explore Kundalini yoga. and the exercises and meditations that boost energy, regulate the nervous system, and balance the hormones. Understand in your own body how these exercises can transform your personal energy and release energetic blocks. As your energetic pathways are cleared it will allow the radiance of your authentic self to shine!In this workshop series each week you will engage with kriya, meditation, manta, and mudra to channel the energy of the body towards a specific purpose. Each workshop will focus on understanding a different aspect of the principles of kundalini. We will end each session with a mini crystal bowl sound bath.
These two hour workshops, 1-3pm Sundays in April, can be taken individually or attend all three.
