Kundalini for the Chakras

Your body is a temple of consciousness.
Kundalini symbolizes the uncoiling of the inner awareness of our spiritual nature. Kundalini Yoga is the means by which we can safely prepare to activate and channel Kundalini energy, to raise our consciousness through the chakras; through which we can transform our heightened spiritual awareness into constructive action. This type of yoga is a powerful, transformative, spiritual technology; fast, focused, and effective.
The purpose of raising Kundalini energy is to achieve Samadhi (bliss/enlightenment), to experience the full energy of consciousness or the energy of full consciousness.
Join Laika Earthkeeper as she teaches specific Kundalini Kriyas for each of the Chakras.
Week 1 (Aug.3rd): Bandhas, Breath, & Root
Week 2 (Aug.10th): Sacral & Solar Plexus
Week 3 (Aug.17th): Heart & Throat
Week 4 (Aug.24th): 3rd Eye & Crown
