Kirtan

Kirtan is a listening and interactive sound healing experience. Using call & response chanting with repetition sets free the chattering mind, deepens the breath, and creates a state of calm and presence, where the eternal love that lies in each heart can unfold and open. There will also be some drumming, singing bowls and other sounds to yoke our Mind, Body, & Spirits as One.

You can sing/chant along, you can use this time to meditate, or move your body through yoga and/or dance.
