Intuitive Painting

Join us for a gathering of meditation and self-expression through painting. Take an hour on a Friday night for yourself to slow down and indulge your creative side. We will be starting out the hour with a brief meditation to tap into your creative brain, followed by time painting with acrylics. You will be guided to FEEL your way through the process, listening to your inner compass, allowing your Inner Guru to paint for you!

This gathering will be intended to assist you in understanding yourself, it can promote healing and release, and the desire to set your intentions for the coming year. The point will not be to duplicate or learn how to paint anything specific; but rather, how to set your own creativity in motion on an individual level and see where it leads you.
