Join Anam Cara on June 22nd at 3:00 PM CST for a Herd Meditation. Space is limited for this donation-based event, so please be sure to RSVP by clicking the Tickets button to secure your spot! Saturday June 22, is set aside for adult self-care and reflection, and Sunday June 23rd herd meditation is open to all (ages 10+) because kids and families like to be mindful and aware too!! 🙂
The format remains the same for both.
Please join us in meditating on the concepts of mindfulness, true consent and kind boundaries with horses and humans alike.
Herd Meditation
• Meet & greet at Anam Cara
• Walk out to join the herd for a partly guided meditation
• Shift into a silent walking meditation with the herd
• Come back together to share our experiences
• Brief closing meditationPlease dress for the weather and bring your own portable/camping chair, water bottle, journal and whatever you need to be comfortable.
Suggested donation: $5 – $30
