For this heated class we will be moving to the sounds of rock music. Heating the room to 90degrees – this class is a great de-tox that not only will remove toxins from your body but will remove aggression, anger or other unhealthy emotions or energies that may be trapped in your body and energetic field. As we move these energies and LET THE BULLSHIT GO we create space to return to our natural essence which is one of JOY & PEACE! Come work out the things you have been carrying so that you may enjoy the holiday season fully!
