Mark is a certified Pn1 Nutrition Coach as well as a trained Mindset Facilitator. Kathi is a certified Life Coach and specializes in Mindset and Positive Psychology. Both are Yoga and Meditation instructors and are passionate about helping others transform their lives. They provide solutions that focus on the Internal, External, and Connected Self; incorporating nutrition, body movement, mindfulness, mindset, and community, and ultimately unlocking new levels of happiness and vitality.Join them on Saturday, June 17 at South Shore Health & Racquet Club for “Get Happy. Get Healthy. Create Your Best Self Inside and Out!” Kathi will jumpstart the morning with a short talk on Creating YOU, how to consciously decide what you really want, what makes you truly happy, and then how to make it happen. Mark will follow with his keynote presentation, “It All Adds Up,” sharing 100 small changes you can make to swing health in your favor! No diets. No supplements. No prepared meals.
