- Join Bekah for a lunar celebration of the February Full Snow Moon in Leo on Tuesday February 16th from 5:30-7:30pm at Prairie Street Studios – Yoga in Elkhart, IN.
This class will open with a brief astrological forecast, the teacher will then guide you through centering, warm ups, and a lunar salute. After the active portion of the class you will be lead through a guided meditation and yoga nidra.This is a safe and supportive space for you to release anything that no longer serves you, while creating the space for new manifestations, and the opportunity to connect deeply with the cycles of nature.These lunar celebrations offer you the option to participate in a ritual and/or send you off with a little gift to aid in your manifestations.
