Full Moon Yoga

We have a FULL MOON in Gemini!!! We thought this would be an excellent time for people to connect with the energies of the full moon and use those energies to release what no longer serves them and celebrate their Harvest!
This class if for the yogi that is at least familiar with some basic poses. It is a non-judging environment where you can move to your own inner music. Freestyle to the beat of your own drum. You can follow the teacher’s movements or you can move how your body wants to move. This will be an excellent opportunity to really feel your body, get in touch with it, and nourish the relationship you have with the Self. Namaste.
