Culver Peds and Heartland Artists Gallery have partnered to offer a FREE mindfulness activity for the community.

Led by local favorite meditation instructor Kristen Counts.

What: 45 minute Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practice with Kristen. Followed by 15 minute Q+A with Kristen and Dr. Adame.

When: Saturday, October 21st`at 9 AM
