No dance experience needed. Move any way you wish. Respect the space and the people there. Dress to sweat, bring water, no perfumes/colognes. Lightly facilitated invocation. This is a deep container to fully express through an embodied journey, and let it all go. Your creativity, connection, and expression is welcome here.
