    No dance experience needed. Move any way you wish. Respect the space and the people there. Dress to sweat, bring water, no perfumes/colognes. Lightly facilitated invocation. This is a deep container to fully express through an embodied journey, and let it all go. Your creativity, connection, and expression is welcome here. Come as you are, come alone or with family and friends.
