Monday, Feb 28: Authentic Respect and HumilityThese classes are taught by Gen Kelsang Zamling, an ordained Buddhist monk and principal teacher of KMC Chicago, South Bend branch. He has over 20 years’ experience, and is known for his light-hearted, clear, and practical teachings and meditations.
Each class will be using the acclaimed book, How to Transform Your Life by Buddhist master and teacher Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and will include practical instruction, guided meditations, and time for questions.

This class is open to absolutely everyone, and no previous experience is required or expected.
