Join us for a 90 min exploration into releasing Fascial Binding in the Pelvic Floor. We carry so much tension in our pelvis from sitting at a desk for years of our lives, driving, watching TV, etc. Give yourself the gift of time unraveling the tightness in this core area for all of us. You might be a woman struggling with incontinence or weak pelvic floor muscles following childbirth, or maybe you’re a man struggling with prostate issues or ED, or just someone who is looking for ways to boost your core strength and immunity, you will find value in this course.
The initial class fee of $50 includes a Cooch ball (Cooch balls retail at $39) as well as 90 minutes of guided instruction and breathing exercises to aid in-home use of this amazing fascial release tool!
Repeaters class fee is $15 and BYO ball ?
