Chair Yoga is for people ALL Shapes, Sizes and Age! Students may remain seated on a chair or add standing asanas with the assistance of a chair or wall. This class is perfect for individuals who might struggle with balance, are rehabilitating from surgery, maybe have trouble getting down and/or up from the floor, have osteoporosis, or other injuries or physical body concerns!
