$30Relax and unwind with Kristi as she guides a gentle, beginner friendly, Yin Yoga class, while sipping hot chocolate by candlelight! We’ll sit in a pose and allow gravity and the breath to guide us deeper, gently stretching the tendons, ligaments, and deep muscle fascia.
