Call & Respond Singing

Since children, many of us were told to “Sit down & be quiet” / “Be seen, not heard.” This caused our throat chakra (the vishuddha) to close or become blocked, making our ability to speak our truth difficult and in some cases even impossible. One of the most healing ways to unblock this energetic center in our body is by singing. Our voice is designed for our own authentic individual expression. It is medicine in fact! The cells in your body respond to your specific voice before they will respond to anything outside of you.
Join Tiera & Laika as they guide you through song. Laika will guide you through some breathwork & energy awareness. Using a call & respond method, Tiera will sing and then the group will sing together, repeating what she led. This method will move the energy to unblock and open this energy center, while also harmonizing your cells enhancing the vitality of your being! We hope to see you there and join in song with you!
