Awaken Your Inner Wisdom: Understanding the language of your higher SELF

Or that you really understood what the root cause of your pain, disease, or diagnosis was so you could stop wasting your time with treatments that help but don’t heal? The source of this clarity is your Inner Wisdom and much like a baby who can only cry to express its needs, your Inner Wisdom has a language all its own. It cries out in the form of feelings, sensations, pain, and symptoms all in an attempt to get your attention, to speak to you, and to tell you what it needs. The only problem is that we don’t understand the language. We spend a lot of time “guessing” what our body is trying to tell us, but wouldn’t it be nice if we just knew? There is a much easier way to navigate life and that is to simply learn the language of our Inner Wisdom. The problem is never that we simply aren’t intuitive enough. We are receiving guidance ALL the time, but if we don’t understand the language we either miss the message entirely or we misinterpret its meaning. This 3 hour workshop is designed to help you decode what your body is trying to tell you. It will be led by Dr. Cassie Seal, an expert in body talk. Cassie has been studying the human body for over two decades. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has trained extensively in Craniosacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Meditation, and Human Design. She works with clients across the United States guiding them to heal at the level of the body, mind, and spirit. She is most known and appreciated by her clients for her unconditionally loving demeanor that creates a safe space for the exploration of their spirit and what it means to truly heal.
