Join Erin Serafino and Heather Barron for a wonderful, 1-day experience of nature, reflection and healing. This meditation and yoga retreat will be hosted in a gorgeous setting spending time both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).
Lunch and snacks are healthy, vegan and made with love. Food will be plant-based, gluten-free and dairy-free..
Find space to go within yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, and immerse yourself in restorative practices for a day of relaxation so that your energy can be restored.

Be guided through a gentle yoga class in the morning and a restorative yoga class in the afternoon. Yoga classes are specialized to promote meditation and relaxation.
Guided meditation will deepen your existing meditation practice or help you to start one.
You will leave this retreat feeling renewed, restored, and inspired.

This retreat is suitable for both the experienced and novice meditation and yoga practitioner. Students brand new to these practices will develop a strong foundation that they can take home.

Heather Barron is a certified yoga instructor, a Science of Mindful Awareness Meditation Teacher, a Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, and a Co-Active Coach. Using movement, mindfulness, and nature to heal from anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, she now blends her own experiences with her trainings and passions to serve others who are looking to reconnect with themselves and with nature. Whether you are looking to explore movement, mindfulness, and/or nature, Heather can help you discover grounding, calm, and connection.
