Partner yoga fosters trust, communication, laughter, and light-heartedness. It brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch, and intimacy.
Both partners need to fully engage in the experience, relying on each other for creating poses, maintaining balance, alignment, and focus. Partner yoga can enhance the connection, communication, and trust between individuals.
Partner yoga is about giving and receiving. It’s not about size, but intention. Trusting another person deepens self-trust. Partner yoga shows the beauty of interdependence while supporting each other. Touch is also important in partner yoga, as it enhances performance and allows for deeper poses.
After an introduction, some breathwork, and partner meditation exercise, we will slowly work through a sequence of partner asana or poses. To conclude we will end in Savasana, and receive a small offering of sound healing. When we have grounded into the present moment, there will be an optional tea social and tasty bites!
