Nagendra and Laika have teamed up once again; this time with the intention to bring forth soul-level clarity of WHO YOU ARE and WHAT YOU ARE HERE TO DO!
· The 2-day retreat will jumpstart your new year and realign you with what is truly important and what really matters. Together they will take you on a journey to dive deep within yourself towards your personal authentic HOLY GRAIL! Utilizing Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, and other ancient techniques in innovative ways; you will be aligning your mind & heart, to walk your talk and step into BEING your highest self. During the 2-day kickoff, you will set into motion your personalized 40-day plan to quantum shift into The NEW YOU!
· The 2-day retreat will take place on Saturday January 13th & Sunday January 14th from 9am-5pm. We will break for an hour each day so you can take advantage of the downtown eateries in Elkhart!
· It takes 40 days of consistency to create real, long-lasting change! To keep the energy of the momentum moving forward, Laika & Nagendra will continue to meet weekly with you for 5 weeks to check in, to trouble shoot and support you through overcoming any obstacles that may surface, and to keep you on track with your goals.
· Weekly meet ups will take place on Sundays at 2PM on the following dates: 01/21/24 01/28/24 02/04/24 02/11/24 02/18/24
· Nagendra & Laika will then hold one last meet up on Sunday 02/25/24 after the 40 day mark to celebrate with you!
