The Moon governs the sign of Cancer, which rules emotion, the home & family, the act of nurturing, and the state of awareness, “I Feel”.
Laika will guide you through a gentle restorative yoga practice to connect with the more subtle parts of yourself, especially the emotional body. You will be encouraged to nurture yourself while in a state of relaxation and to FEEL into your energy, intuition, heart, and spirit.
Two Feathers will guide you through a shamanic journey to retrieve your inner power, and a drumming meditation to reignite the power of your heart. We will be incorporating deep breathwork to aid in this transformative time and a burning ceremony to hold sacred ritual for the parts of ourself that we are letting go.
This will be the 2nd of 5 consecutive full moons at 5 degrees and the LAST full moon of 2023.
