A time of balance, release, & gratitude.
Come and celebrate the harvest season with Kristi & Jen through an amazing solar & lunar yoga flow!This practice will help restore a natural balance back to the physical body, & with the accompaniment of crystal singing bowls, energetically aligning the chakra system as well.
Each participant will receive aroma therapy along with a mini individual reiki session during Savasana.
Being that this equinox is a time of acknowledging balance within our lives we will also spend some time in meditation to focus on the blessings for which we hold gratitude, as well as what energies we intend to release as we move closer to the closing of this year.
Hot cider and tea will be offered as we gather, share, & simply celebrate where this beautiful life has brought us during this 2 hour event.
