Drumming Medicine

This session is inspired by shamanic traditions of imagination, animal medicine, and drumming. After a light ceremonial opening, we will set basic yogic poses for comfort and body awareness. Through guided meditation, story telling, and drumming – participants will be encouraged to mindfully approach their challenges, goals and to set intentions, possibly relieving physical discomfort caused by spiritual imbalance. Power objects, personal totems / ornaments, crystals, etc. are encouraged!
