January’s Sound Healing and Vocal Activation Meditation is about healing, connecting, and remembering, and strengthening the inner voice during the season of Aquarius. We will combine elements of individual tuning fork alignment, crystal singing bowls, channeled song, assistive essential oils, and meditation with participatory vocal toning, and journaling to remember, connect to, and activate the inner voice. To close out our time together we will do an individual card pull.
