Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. In this class, you will find out your personal dosha, any imbalances you might have, you will be given the recipes needed for the 7 day cleanse, a yoga sequence for your personal dosha and you will receive FREE access to our Sauna during the 7 day cleanse. Together as a community, we will participate in the 7 day cleanse during the first week in January! Cost is $50, sign up to reserve your spot!
