Did you know yoga can be practiced in non physical form? Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a meditation technique that can take the body and mind to a deeply relaxed and peaceful state.
Join Jessica as she guides you through a workshop to learn about Yoga Nidra and it’s benefits.The workshop includes group discussion, journaling and a gentle movement practice followed by a lengthy Yoga Nidra. Participants are encouraged to wear comfy clothes as the body tends to cool during Yoga Nidra. Bolsters and blankets are available in the studio but you are welcome to bring your own props!
