Saturday, September 10 is International Forest Bathing Day and I’m offering a FREE nature & forest therapy guided walk to encourage intentionality and mindfulness in the more-than-human world.
Our shared time in nature will be at DeFries Gardens at 9am-11am. The Garden is located at 17477 CR 46, New Paris, IN 46553 in the River Preserve County Park.
