In this experience, you will be guided on a slow walk to awaken the senses through the woods near Lindenwood Retreat Center. Then you will have time for integration and reflection as you meander the labyrinth by the lake. Mindful outdoor experiences have been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve immunity, increase heart health, and provide mental calm. Let us walk together. All-levels are welcome.
