This is an invitation to experience a deeper connection with nature, the land, others, and ultimately with yourself. You will be guided on a gentle walk and meditation in the beautiful prairie surrounding MoonTree Studios, where you will have the chance to pause, breathe, and simply be. Mindful outdoor experiences have been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve immunity, increase heart health, and provide mental calm. Let us walk together. All-levels are welcome.
