Ecology Arts All ages will be able to make catnip toys and a butterfly magnet craft, and lavender sachets.A safe bike demo will feature utilizing reflective arts to increase bike safety.  Take a selfie with the cyclist or the sunflower farmer, and a colorful flower face:  it is your face inside of the

Qi Gong Flash Mob Be a part of this town’s first ever Walking ChiGong flash mob! You will quickly and easily learn how to walk and breathe in a rhythmic cadence. This is a style of walking meditation that serves many purposes in healing your body as well as your mental health. Meet at the Art of Well-Being corner at 1 pm and 4pm for this fun experience for all ages!

There will be someone with a sign that says Walking ChiGong at the Zen Zone corner to indicate where to meet starting at 11:45 and 3:45

Tai Chi Elements with Charlis/Elkhart Tai Chi is a fusion of traditional stretches, Qigong and mindful movements to promote relaxation, body awareness and breath control. 1pm
