Join us Mondays for Tai Chi & Qigong Class. We will focus on body awareness, stretching and breath control.
The physical level of the class is moderate and it is open to all levels of Tai Chi practitioners and for those who have no experience. Movements can always be adjusted to your ability level.PREPARING FOR CLASS
– Meet us on the blacktop near the basketball courts.
– Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather.
– Bring a bottle of water.
– If you arrive late, please join in wherever we are and an instructor will help you when available.
